He sells me a brand new hat that retails for $40.00 for $19.90. He then ships it to me from North Carolina to Oregon in about 2 days and that’s included in the original $19.99 cost. The hat arrives with all the retail tags attached, securely packaged in a cardboard box. I think the hat is actually better than described and depicted.. This guy is definitely A++.
