Packaging was first-rate! We had an issue with a defective unit as part of the order and he worked to make it right ASAP.   Item arrived with a wing broken off… not a seller issue as it was packed very well using an original shipping box and an additional box with foam. Obviously a shipping issue…I decided to keep it and not ask for any relief. Overall, pleased with the purchase and the seller but not too happy with the shipper.
