Seller had written in large letters fragile on the box. Opened the box up and the item was in pieces inside the case. Trailer was off the flatcar, both trucks were off, both truck pins in right corner of the case,one coupler was broken off completely . I believe someone in the USPS system saw those words FRAGILE and shook the box till the item inside broke. Seller issued a full refund.
