  Item was in perfect condition, arrived just as described. Item packed very nicely. Super happy with the value. From the day I paid until the day the seller shipped the package was 15 days. No communication from seller until I reached out to ask when my item was going to ship. I would not hesitate to do business again, because in the end I got a great item at a great price.

  I ordered this pipe from bruyerpipes and he messaged me to inform me he was actually out of stock on the actual pipe I ordered and offered me an upgraded version of the pipe in its place, for the same price. Awesome customer service from this shop, I’ve ordered several pipes from him and they always arrive quickly!!! Best pipe shop on eBay!!!

  Second time using seller. Great communication and relitivly fast shipping. I say that only because I'm in the USA and items are being shipped from Germany. This last purchase the color I wanted was not available but seller was quick to offer an alternative. Not what I wanted 100% but I'm okay with it. I had the option to cancel. Would recommend, very nice person with great communication!

  The cups are great. The communication was rough (always neutral, never rude even when I was very frustrated which I appreciated - but slow responses), the shipping was seriously delayed - not at the fault of the seller, but it took a lot of effort to get the refund, but I did get it. All in all - the seller was honest, the product was great and we have our order.

  I received my pipe today and am VERY happy with my purchase and I had to communicate with the seller and he responded quickly and professionally. The item was received in good condition, well packaged, quickly and better than I expected. Being located in Germany was no problem and my purchase was smooth. I would DEFINITLY buy with no hesitation from this seller.
