  I contacted the seller to make sure I had the right part number and they got back to me almost immediately telling me that it was correct. I ordered the screen on Wednesday evening and it arrived to Hawaii in 2 days packed to perfection and in perfect shape. In less than 30 minutes I had the new screen in and was using the laptop.   Good customer service, reaching out to make sure I provided details that confirmed that this screen would work with my laptop before they released my order. Packaged safely with 2 boxes, plenty of bubble wrap, and blue film/pouch for the screen. I'm waiting on my parts from another seller before I test that this screen works, so I can't comment on that yet, but assume it works well.

  This was a no-surprise transaction. I correctly identified the part that I needed, and they supplied a brand-new, high quality replacement item that worked exactly as expected. They included all manner of contact channels in case anything came up. While nothing did and the installation went smoothly, it was reassuring to know that they wanted to help. The only improvement would be not waiting a few days to get it out of the warehouse, but it was very safely packaged and not late.
