  Ordered to replace my 15 year old hat that was stolen at a Christmas Party. This hat is perfect. Size spot on, and quality is great. But the story is the people behind the order. After shipping, extreme weather hit, and USPS tracking became useless. I contacted Uptown Hats, who responded to me, then tracked the shipment for a few day, keeping me informed of the progress. The hat finally was delivered yesterday. They are an excellent group to deal with, and I would do business again
