  Paid for two cards the cards never got sent. He then said that he don’t ship with eBay and I told him that’s why I paid to track my package while he gave me a partial refund on one of the cards, but didn’t give me a refund on the most expensive Like I said I paid for a lot of cards.   I was super disappointed to never receive my item. The seller never responded to communication. I think they chose not to fulfill the order because they weren't happy with the selling price.
