  Unfortunately, there were shipping issues. The merchant was very good because they always (and promptly) returned my correspondence. Since the package was lost there wasn't much information that could be shared with me. Here's how I got the 4 star rating. 1 - shipped the product with 3 days as advertised 2 - notified me that the package was transferred to the shipping company 3 - kept me up-to-date as much a possible in tracking down the lost package 4 - Good company dealing with bad shipping.

  these guys sell really good quality stuff ! this is the second time ive got something from them , and both times they have sold me top grade engineering at good prices and in a very professional way . their communication is thorough and comprehensive , and i WILL be shopping here again . i will say this , dont expect lightning fast shipping though , cos i think the whole brexit thing may have slowed that down with beurocracy and red tape ! NOT Brixiamoto's fault !!!

  Goods arrived and were as described and no issues with packaging. Price was reasonable and comms for tracking were frequent. Be prepared for a longish delivery time; I had this with a previous order. Would use again as the company is reliable and the comms keep you regularly updated as to the status of your order.

  Excellent communication from seller, who even pointed out that I had ordered the wrong item suitable for my bike and changed it for the correct one, without charge, prior to dispatch. Item arrived undamaged and well packaged. Delivery took longer than expected and the parcel tracking was very vague and unclear, not the seller's fault, but communication was excellent from the seller and I would recommend using them again.
