  The dutch oven came very well packaged in the original box and in beautiful new condition with no defects. The transition between the Royal Mail and the US carrier was seamless.

  Excellent price on a hard to find colour of the Staub dragon cocotte. The Canadian mail strike delayed delivery, which was not the seller’s fault. The seller stayed on top of the courier until it finally arrived. Thank you!

  You all, just do it! This is a beautiful piece and looks better in person. I love Staub and have a growing collection especially in this particular color which makes for a great addition. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will work out very well like all of my other Staub cookware. Britsense is wonderful to deal with, professional and quickly responds to questions. I received my item well packed and more importantly undamaged! It arrived a few days early which was a very nice surprise.

  Item received as described. All new and in the original box and perfect condition. Color is great and service was amazing! It did took a few weeks however until the item was shipped but the seller was in contact during this period. All in all, great purchase :)
