  The shipping was quick and the product is as expected and described. Note, the seller sent me a message that it would arrive the next day. Of course it did not, I am not sure if he was kidding or deceptive, but it arrived on time. All satisfactory. These lights are what I have bought before, inexpensive for lighting, but are not very durable. They work, but if you use them repeatedly, they can fall apart.

  The item was exactly as described and was shipped quickly. The seller responded to a question almost immediately. My only quibble is that I shopped eBay to avoid Amazon, but it turns out the seller had it sent from Amazon. Still, I got exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner.

  Ordered a printhead and the description says new unused, the seller then sends me a UPS tracking that does not match my name or address per UPS. Seller sent me a BROKEN printhead from AMAZON. It had the gift receipt and amazon packaging and now the seller is refusing to give me my money back. I have attached screenshots for proof that the seller scammed me and sent me a product that I DID NOT ORDER. Printhead does not work AT ALL
