  There was an issue as it was advertised with lables, however there were no labels when it arrived. I contacted the seller who was brilliant and offered me some money back in way of compensation or to have a free return of the item. I was more than happy with their resolution and it was immediate. I would highly recommend this seller and will definitely use them again in the future.

  Postage was good. As described unfortunately it's even more broken now it's got more broken bits other than the hand. The seller is a good one I wouldn't usually say anything but I just want them to know it was broken in transit and it didn't have much packaging only a little bit of bubblewrap. I'm going to try and fix it but there is alot of broken peices. All in all I respect the charity accidents happen. I'm still given you a 100% for being a tremendous agency. Thankyou

  This is a really nice collection of 15 Three Choirs programmes spanning 1995 - 2019. Postage was reasonable and packaging very secure and robust. The programmes were all as described and at £15.75 plus postage for the lot, they are very good value. Royal Mail put this out for delivery on Saturday 26th July, rather than a weekday, and there being no one in, let me down by leaving them with a neighbour. It was 7th August before collection could be arranged, hence the delay in leaving feed back.

  Despite being beautifully packaged, the item arrived damaged but not the seller's fault, nor the carrier, as this was not visible due to the design and age. To all intents and purposes the item looked perfect, only on close examination did the problem become visible They responded immediately, supplied postage label for me to return the item and refund was speedily issued. Hope to purchase from them again and support an excellent seller and an important charitable cause.

  An excellent experience throughout, with a competitive starting price for bidding being set & a reasonable charge for postage too. After I'd won the auction for the radio, the parcel was promptly dispatched soon after payment & hence it arrived well within the estimated delivery timescale as a result. Upon opening the carton, I found that the contents had been well protected therein & the condition of the item to be exactly as described, therefore I'm one very satisfied customer accordingly!
