Only disappointment was when contacting the seller - the message went to HQ and not the specific shop. As a result HQ informed me the item was confirmed as being dispatched on a date that was in the future? It was disappointing to have to correct this and chase the item…however I won’t be too harsh as this is a charity. But would certainly recommend the charity tightens up on processes 🙏🏻

It would have been better to pack in inside the bag with some kind of protection. I’m very happy with them it’s just an observation for future book postage. Good communication I always support BHF important charity. Good value as described packing could be improved for delicate items like old books.

Quick response from seller and after it dispatch it arrive within 2 days. Just a suggestion that with same postage cost seller could use 48 hours tracking instead of 2nd class Royalmail. Worth the price and packaging was fair as it just the top. Happy with my purchase
