  The vase was packed very well, and arrived right on time. The seller's description stated "great overall condition", but the enamel had a tiny chip on the vase's body. Could have happened during shipping, but if the seller had seen this prior to shipping, I would have appreciated if they had stated it in the listing. I know cloisonne is fragile, and this is not a complaint because I think the seller's statement is still accurate. Vase is beautiful and is as described in the listing.

  This Wildflower serving bowl is very impressive and hard to come by. This seller had a great price and clear photos and description, making it easy to decide to buy.   One plate did break during shipping, but the seller offered reimbursement for the damaged plate. The reimbursement was very quick. Communications were excellent and the transaction was smooth all around. I would purchase again from this seller and highly recommend them.

  Didn't know these existed until 6 months ago and have been looking for them since. Dispatched and delivered very quickly with good tracking available. No problems with an overseas purchase. Parcel was very well packed with lots of protection for the contents. The item is in perfect condition and matches the advert description and pictures.
