  Had no idea the body of the clock was cast iron. Really heavy for something so small. Shipped really well packed with plenty of bubble wrap. Clock is refurbished but still looses time. My eBay purchase price was way lower that what I expected and I'll use the difference to purchase a new clock insert. The overall clock was well described and I just couldn't understand why more people didn't bid on this great clock. packing.

  After I paid for the item, a shipping label was created, but the item never shipped. I contacted the seller multiple times - never got a response. I finally had to file a report through ebay and the seller reached out, asking if I still wanted the item, or a refund. I told them I still wanted the item if it could be shipped promptly - again, no response from seller. A few days later the item still hadn't shipped, and I suddenly receive a refund. Very poor communication, glad to have my $ back

  Still waiting for my item to be shipped. There was a shipped update with no tracking at first then that was removed. It was replaced with another tracking number and hasn't been shipped out yet. What a DISHONEST SELLER.

  Shipping was good, packaged well, but while it was in shrink wrap, there was some water damage or something similar on the box. Not a big deal but I don't remember seeing that mentioned.
