  I ordered an item and had an issue receiving it. The item did not get delivered and the seller did not provide tracking information. After reaching out to them, they admitted that my package had been misplaced and got a replacement out to me in a very timely manner. Tracking was provided and the item was delivered. Communication with seller was quick and honest and they assured me they would help if needed further. Ultimately a good experience!

  Ordered the truck, and after a few days of seeing no tracking number, I contacted them. I was advised that they were out of stock and they apologized and quickly refunded my money. Can't say anything negative about good customer service.
