  The seller sent a green top when a grey one was in the picture (I already have the green 1). I asked if they could please send the right 1. They said this was the only 1 they had & worded it like I'd made a mistake! The refund was late & ebay stepped in. The item was nice so if they had dealt with the situation well, apologised & said they'd re list the item correctly I'd have left a positive review.

  People do see colours differently and the item was listed as grey, you asked if we could send the right item as shown in the listing and we said that is what we sent .We didn't word it as you had made the mistake we just said sorry your unhappy with the item but we sent the item as listed and your free to return the item to us. We apologise for the late refund this was due to timing of paying bills and we had to await a few days to sort ebay .
