    Performs exactly as described with the minor exception that it is definitely made for people of a south-east Asian physique. Sitting within the hand rails is a tight fit for anyone over 100Kg. Perfect for people of a smaller build. The commode bucket was cracked by the delivery agent but the seller immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived just 36 hours later. Excellent communication & service.

    Thank you for a speedy delivery. My purchase arrived safe and intact, despite the fact that someone had cut the box open, as if to remove the contents. Very suspicious. The courier kept this information from me by keeping the open side hidden from me. Very suspicious. I am happy with my purchase, it is excellent. I can recommend this seller, but I can not recommend the Courier.

    The table was delivered early and upon assembley there was a problem with one of the legs of the unit due to a manufacturing fault. I contacted the seller who returned my call the same evening and promised to sort out the problem immediately. The next day I received a call letting me know that a replacement item would be delivered that afternoon. It arrived as promised and the table is assembled and being used. Excellent service and good communication. What else could you sk for.
