    I accidentally filled in the incorrect address, and the seller contacted me to point out my error. He then rectified the issue and ensured that the item was shipped safely to South Africa. The Copper Shower head arrived in perfect condition, and it is absolutely beautiful. I will be buying from this seller again.

    The brass strainer arrived broken. I sent a photo to the seller and to eBay. I asked the seller to just send a me a new strainer, he refused and said I need to pay an additional 19.00 for shipping a new strainer. It is ebay policy for seller to pay for shipping if the item is defective. I’ve asked eBay to intervene and settle this. I have contacted the seller many times with no resolutions. I have been w/ eBay for over 20 years with 100% approval rating.

    We control all our products before shipping them, I'm sure that you tried to push it and you broke it, but anyway, we refund you and you can keep it. next time just be honest
