  This was my first ever eBay purchase and I’m absolutely thrilled! The seller was super fast and helpful answering any questions, even sending additional photos. Shipping was fast. The product was even better than as described! My jacket was packaged nicely and I appreciate the incredible value.   Package arrived so fast. Although it was wrapped carefully it would be better if if came with the box and dust bag or just the dust bag. Bag is exactly as described and looks like picture. Very happy with this seller. Would highly recommend them. Also communication is excellent

  Shipping was incredibly fast from JP to Canada via DHL, only took 3 days. The seller communicates promptly and answers all of my questions before purchasing. I also received updates while the bag is being shipped. The vintage LV Pochette Accessories I purchased was in excellent condition. There was a minor fraying on the canvas on the side of the bag not pictured, but the seller promptly reimbursed me $30. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase & would definitely recommend this seller!

  Great seller. Finally received the shipment. The packaging thankfully was very well done and secure, which was a concern. The Chanel shoulder bag is very very cute!! It is virtually as described. In addition to paying state sales tax, I was astonished to have to pay DHL an additional 10%($184)on a used good to receive it into the country. Overall I have to say that I was very impressed with the representative at Brand Off, she was helpful & “put her foot down” to get DHL to deliver the package.
