  I was very excited when I saw my Mug had been delivered! The box it came in looked a bit banged ip… ? As I opened it I hot a lil more excited, I removed the bubble wrap to find the mug wrapped in a thick sheet of foam, i felt the top of the mug n proceeded to unwrap it, my heart sunk..it it had a large & small chunk cracked off around the top edge and the broken pieces inside the mug😢. The E-bay seller after seeing the pictures promptly refunded my $$.I blame the carelessness of USPS!
