  I have purchased many items on eBay, and it is a wonderful place to buy things. However, this was my worst experience. The seller had pictures of all the items you should get with this purchase. It came with no cables and no extra propellers as it pictured on the site. The seller asked for pictures of what I received. I complied. Then the seller wanted pictures of the open pockets in the case. Of course there were no cables etc. Beware of this seller.

  I don't have anything bad to say about the item or seller. I was looking for a Potensic Atom and when a good deal appeared, I jumped on it,and upon reviewing my order, I noticed that I ordered the Atom SE and not what I actually wanted the Atom. I quickly informed the seller of my mistake and the seller had no problem refunding the money and was very prompt in working with me. I did a little research on the atom se and decided that th price is paid was good enough to go ahead and just keep it.

  Unit looks and flies like new! Everything works perfect except one item. I had a problem with one of the batteries not powering up the drone, contacted them and they sent out a replacement battery the next day! Talk about excellent customer service. I offered to send back the defective battery and they said no. I will purchase from them here on out for any of my drone needs! 100% top company!

  Artikel wurde als gebraucht verkauft, allerdings wiesen beide Akkus keine Ladezyklen auf, auch war alles original verpackt. Dementsprechend muss die Drohne neu gewesen sein. Die Erwartungen wurden also sogar übertroffen. Versand war schneller als angegeben. Top ebayer. Jederzeit wieder.
