  Exactly as described! Sorta disappointed with packaging, NO padding at all just a plain plastic bag. I'm SHOCKED the item wasn't damaged in transit as it did come to the US via China. Just shocking to me it wasn't at least in a PADDED envelope. Other than that potentially issue this was a smooth order. Not sure if buy from them again because of the unprotected packaging.

  This seller refuses to give me a refund. It states free returns in 30days and they refuse to honor this. They sent me a product with a foul odor that landed me in a hospital. The item has dry glue on it. The stones are not uniform, it is not as shown on website. Looks nothing like photo. The product looks like my 4 year old made it. The seller is rude and refuses to listen and help the consumer. Product sent again was not as pictured and made me physically ill with odor.

  I Purchased one before 4 yrs ago appearance and quality are perfect. It was promised by March 6 and I already received it !! I bought the same one as before because I really liked it and my old one is a little worn. I had questions before I purchased it and they did not get tired of me asking certain questions so I would be sure i received correct one.

  Never will I ever order from them again! Ordered 1 phone case, case came larger than phone, clearly ordered smaller one. In the meantime they sent another one same larger size after clearly communicating with them I needed smaller size, sent photos also. Then, received yet another case in wrong size and they expected me to send all back to china. How do you make a china return label? They can keep my $25!
