  I felt like the listing was misleading on two sizes that were posted. However, I contacted the seller and she answered right away and issued me a refund because I could not use the size that was sent. Great communication, good value for product, nice packing and fast shipping.

  I received my item and It was exactly as described, a beautiful piece. Item was packed with care and shipped promptly. Sadly, it didn't fit and it had to be returned. The seller is quick to respond and willing to resolve any issues with the order.

  She arrived in perfect condition, just as pictured and described. The doll was well packed and although the shipping took longer than I expected, it than was predicted, that was not the seller’s fault and I would buy here again.
