  Exactly as described. The plastic packaging was was scuffed and a bit dirty on the outside just like the seller noted in the listing, but the vacuum cleaner bags inside are just fine. Fast shipping. 5-Star Seller.

  There was an issue with shipping on the carrier's end, the seller got back to me right away, called USPS, was able to track down the lost package and it arrived within days of me informing them of my concerns. Item was packed well, came in perfect condition. Definitely a 5 star seller!

  Better than described, seller indicated it was new & that it was open-box so could have some scratches or scuffs from storage but I saw absolutely none.   Seller was really good. I ordered 60 trays and 10 arrived damaged through shipping. I informed the seller and they immediately shipped out replacements the next day. Communication was strong and tracking numbers helped ensure a timely arrival. The trays themselves are what I expected, except they are more brittle than I thought they would be. Banging them around on a table is perfectly find, but dropping them on a hard surface will chip or crack them.
