  It came exaclty when they said it would, really fast aswell. For something like this I'd imagine about 5 days but it arrived in less than 2!! It was well packaged, lots of protection for delivery. The decks themselves are in amazing condition, you would think they were new even though they are pre-owned and described as 'used'. I think it is amazing value for what I paid, would definitely recommend to anyone. 5 stars.

  All in all good, and fast. But the packaging could have been better: an assembled PCB unit in just a blister pack inside a blistered envelop seems very likely to break during international shipping. An additional cardboard box would have given a us better feeling for that almost 200 EUR order.

Not mentioned that the controller was delivered without the original USB data cable and the inside box of the controller missing of protective polystyrene. However I would definitely buy from this seller again as this is the very first time I am disappointed about an item bought from them

  Great seller and service ++ Item arrived with slight aesthetic damage due to shipping and within a couple of emails the entire thing was dealt with. Never had an issue until now and it was dealt with right away. I'll always recommend Bop DJ. Fast Shipping and usually the best prices.

  Quick Delivery - but could only give 4/5 as it was advertised as new but was open box with torn dividers, missing both Jack to Midi Adaptor and Audio Adaptor , serial was already registered with Polyend to another user so had to contact Polyend support with photos to get them to unregister so I could setup an account.
