  Order placed 8/12. Credit card charged same day. Item supposedly shipped on 8/18. Delivery finally scheduled for 8/22 but no package arrived. Opened ebay inquiry and seller immediately issued refund even tho I stated I still wanted the item. Seems shady--did they ever ship the item or did they hope I'd forget about the order and theyd keep the money? Seller has a 100% positive rating so apparently ebay ratings are meaningless.
