  Amazing customer service!!! Package got lost at the shipper, seller refunded, package was returned to sender some time later and they sent it for free despite my offer to pay again!! Most people would say take it up with the shipper but they took care of it. Extremely happy buyer here. Thanks again!

  The item was incorrectly shipped by the seller the first time. However, the seller quickly made things right by ordering a replacement with quick shipping after being made aware of his/her mistake. The replacement book had come unglued from its spine so the quality was definitely not “good” but this was also not the same item that the seller had advertised but a replacement as stated. I was impressed by the seller’s care and integrity to make things right. I would order from him/her again.
