  Awesome seller! Really patient and kind communication with me to make sure that I had the right part, even if I didn't really know what I was talking about! The quality of the packaging made sure that the light arrived in great condition. It was great value and the cheapest that I found the new item.   Awful customer service they sent the incorrect part and started a chat to rectify the situation so they could send me the correct part and the chat lasted good few weeks back and forward and last few days leading up to the 30 days MBG they totally ignored my messages and I trusted they would resolve it. After the 30 days I put in for refund or help solve it me being trustworthy and that have totally blanked me now out off pocket. Beware don't trust this company they will lead u along.

  Issue with delivery company leading to delayed delivery as 1st attempt to deliver when garage closed. Nice price and correspondence despite frustration on waiting for the part. Suggest seller changes away from EVRi.

  Sent me plastic trim restorer instead of quick detailer and said it was labelled incorrectly at the factory. I opened the bottle up and it was clearly not quick detailer. Returned item then they said I had used it however eBay ruled the case in my favour and issued a refund. Poor seller - Avoid.
