  The card arrived on time in great condition. This issue is with the seller. He offers free shipping but item arrived with a "POSTAGE DUE" stamp on the envelope & then wanted to insult me when I contacted him to let him know. USPS determines postage rates on weight and "Machinable" & "Non-machinable." The way this purchase was packaged it was designated as non-machinable & it was due additional postage. Seller insulted me and the USPS for their failure to mail this with proper postage paid.

  I did not insult YOU. I insulted your local post office. I gave you A FULL REFUND when all you requested was the shipping. I have shipped thousands of cards in the exact same way as yours was shipped and 99% of them get to their destination with no problems. Get off your high horse.
