    The item was exactly as depicted in the photos, with all the defects clearly shown, & "with defects" (but missing details),in the written listing. I missed the last photo showing the missing zip pull, & contacted the seller to let them know I wouldn't have purchased for the listed price with that defect. Their communication was excellent, they gave me a partial refund to cover the cost of a replacement pull, & said they would list all written defects in future. Excellent seller. 100% recommend
