    laptop charger arrived very well packed in a thick box, plenty of packing tape. Inside the box was tightly packed with paper to make sure the charger didnt rattle around or get damaged. Charger was exactly as described and works perfectly. arrived very quickly too. great seller. 10/10 would use again without hesitation.

    Quick delivery. Well packaged. Only one unit had WiFi (which was listed in the description as included). Didn't bother me as don't need it. Would also comment that it would be good if the description specified whether the SSD is SATA or NVMe. This also didn't bother me that I got SATA in both units whereas a previous unit (different auction id from same seller) had NVMe, as I planned to replace with a larger drive anyway. But accurate descriptions will matter to others.

    Had an issue with the item at first. I contacted the seller and I got an immediate reply. Stated my issue and a replacement was given the next day. Product was good and customer service was excellent. The product was also neatly packaged and packed securely.

    Top seller. Shipping was fast (received 2 days after purchase) and devices are as described and in good working order. Power supplies were missing from the original package but the customer service from the seller was top notch and this was rectified quickly. Would recommend the seller and will buy again!     100% Satisfied, Lenovo M700 mini computer as described, speedy delivery, works as expected. Delivered with power adapter, RAM and SSD OK! USB ports have minimal wear, minimal signs of use, computer is clean inside and out. Seller replies within minutes when questions asked. Recommend, would buy again 5/5!
