  Fast shipping, and the dress was packaged very well. However, the item description was inaccurate and a bit misleading. I ordered a Bongo dress listed as a women’s size M, but the dress I received was a size S. I messaged the seller right away, and they responded quickly, saying it “measures and fits like a medium.” I did try it on, it fits, but definitely tighter than a true medium.   Light fixture showed up completely smashed due to poor packaging. This fragile piece of glass wasn’t even in a box. It was just wrapped in folded cardboard. When I reached out they told me to file a claim with the post office instead of taking any responsibility for the poor packaging.
