  Lack of protection for the item, just shipped in a cardboard envelope without a plastic bag protecting the wallet in the event it gets wet or rained on, or even from delivery drivers that smoke in vehicles. Doesn't have to be fancy. Otherwise, wallet came as advertised and in good condition, shipping was quick.

  The shipping and packaging were both excellent. This item was as described. I would say the value is four out of five due to the quality bill not being quite what I expected.

  the plane was very nicely packed and arrived when expected. The description of the item could have been better as it was described as "plane comes apart in two parts" which sounds like it can be disassembled into two pieces, but actually the plane is in two pieces as clip or whatever attaches the wing to the fuselage is missing.
