  Hello. Thank you for the prompt communication and quick delivery. Unfortunately FedEx messed up the delivery and seem to have misplaced the package. They say they delivered it yesterday but I received nothing. I have raised a ticket with their support team and they are investigating. It is not your fault/problem but you might want to consider a different delivery service in the future.
