  Der Verkäufer hat die von ihm angegebene Lieferzeit vollkommen ignoriert und auf meine Nachfragen erst nicht und dann zu spät und leider total unflexibel reagiert. Service ist definitiv verbesserungsfähig. Ich konnte die Hose nicht abholen, da sie zwei Wochen zu früh geliefert wurde. Die Artikel sind gut für den Preis, allerdings könnte man auch hier Dinge verbessern, zum Beispiel bei manchen Hosen auf ein Innenfutter verzichten. Gesamtnote dieses Mal drei minus.

  Item not shipped for a month. When I contacted them, they wrote it was out-of-stock and they were waiting on new supplies. Wrote to them a week later, and they wrote the order was cancelled. I hadn't cancelled the order. Waste of time.

  Great item, as described and excellent quality. Very speedy service, very fast delivery, good communication. Item was delivered to wrong address intially and packaging was damaged and had been opened. Items inside were undamaged - not the fault of the seller, they put the correct address, but the fault of the courier, who was neglegent. I would recommend this item and seller.

  I don’t like leaving a poor review but in this case it is necessary. Not only was the item out of stock but the the delivery date slipped. I had to contact the seller for advise and the respons was poor and slow. Finally told it was out of stock and would be dispatcher but by the 13th I was still waiting. A week later I now have tracking but a customs charge too which has added significantly to the cost of the item. So here we are no item and lots of money gone
