  The order was posted the day after being ordered and arrived the next day - very swift service. The model kit was in original manufacturer's packing (unopened) and so is in excellent (pristine) condition and is complete. It appears to be a quality product at a reasonable price . Thank you.

  AVOID - Ordered on 23.05 - received wrong item on 30.05 - returned 31.05 - Contacted seller 06.06 as I had not heard anything,seller informs me he will give a refund and I'll have to put the order through again to try and get the right item - the item I originally ordered arrived on 07.06 out of the blue. I went on holiday and 5 business days later a refund came back to my card. I received messages and phone calls from the seller whilst 8 hours out of UK time zone! Will NEVER buy from him again.

  Sorry you found our attempt to put things right after an error in picking the item you required. We sent you the correct item on approval & Ebay refunded you, charging it back to us. As you now have the coach, would you kindly pay for it or return it to us. We will pay any return costs, of course..

  Item is exactly as described in seller's listing. The shipping time and cost was much more reasonable than I had thought it might be. Dealing with the international seller was much easier than I anticipated as well. The item was well packaged for shipment. I would definitely order from this seller again in the future.
