  Fedex delivered (they said lost) to the wrong address according to their tracking system it was signed for, so I never received it. However, eBay and the seller took quick action to refund my money. They appear to be an honest company and I would do business with them again.

  After the item shipped I got a message that the seller had cancelled the transaction and contacted the shipper to return the item due to a "manufacturer recall" which likely translates to realizing they could get more money for the item. Home Depot had one for $15 more with no BS or hassle so I just bought it there. Seller did refund my money when cancelling the order so there's that. Too many straightforward sellers out there to bother dealing with this one.

  Pedestal missing, I bought this as a gift, seller told me to make photos of everything shipped. Seller should have made sure all parts were in package prior to shipping. We rigged up a Pedestal of sorts. Highly disappointed with Seller and purchase.
