  The Seller was NOT the problem, the Post Office was the problem. Seller sent an item one month ago, on April 11th. Today is May 10th and still no item and now it can NOT be found. Finally the Seller had to file a 'missing item' with the PO and so far not a word back from the post office. So as of now, Seller has refunded my money and shipping costs. So sad as it was an item not able to be replaced..! Seller did a good job of staying in touch. Appreciate it. Hence, Positive Report.

  There is no way I can criticize BobbaLouie's ! The package is lost someplace in the midwest.. It was the fault of the carrier, not the seller. This seller was fast to address the lost package, and followed up on the issue like a pro. I would not hesitate to do business with BobbaLouie's again. I just would look for someone else to handle the shipping!

  A+ Seller! There were some complications WITH USPS, "that had nothing to do with the seller" but he did everything possible to rectify the situation, all while keeping in touch with me the whole time! I still received my product as described and I am very happy with my purchase!

  Great communication with seller! Packaging was excellent! I waited till the last minute to get my husband this present and the Seller had it shipped to me 4 days before Christmas. I was beyond excited. The letters are absolutely perfect and I can't wait to give this to him on Christmas.
