  This seller is dedicated to quality and customer service. The first item I received had damage, but I got in touch with them and they immediately apologized and immediately provided a prepaid return. Matt picked out the replacement personally so there would be no issues whatsoever. I was so impressed with their responsiveness and attentive customer service, that I ordered an additional item with the replacement. Both came quickly and in perfect condition. Will shop with this seller again.

  USPS actually lost my item. Through the whole ordeal the seller kept in regular contact with me and was about to rush me a replacement when the original showed up on the opposite side of the country from where it was supposed to be. It did eventually arrive safe and sound: the packaging was beat up and smashed, but the item itself was safely packaged and I’m very happy with how the seller was handling everything, up to and including making sure it WAS safely delivered to me.
