  He fixed my oven's circuit board as soon as he received it, sent me a picture of the circ board display working, mailed it right back and we have a working oven again. Our symptoms were no display or other oven function aside from oven light. Great Service.

  Highly recommended. Needed a Viking chimney hood control panel repair, shop turnaround time for repair was 1 day from time of receipt to date of shipment back. Repaired panel works perfectly and resorted my hood to full function. Communication was very fast and accurate as well. Would definitely use again.

  I had to get a technician to remove part to be mailed. I was without my oven for over a week. A detailed description of the problem was send with the part. When I received the part, I again had to get technician to install part. The part was not repaired. I contacted seller. He said to mail it back. You are talking about a heavy double oven that had to be removed from the wall. Why was it not fixed in the first place?

  Every single WP oven board is powered up after repaired. The board was damaged in the mail, this is the number one board that gets damaged in transit due to the double displays and age of the board.. We can only offer a repair and cover shipping to help. Of course it was repaired, we wouldn't be in business if we just sent boards back as is. Some things are simply not in our control. Sorry for your troubles.
