Contacted seller after purchase to ask if expedited shipping was possible since it wasn't a checkout option. Professional communication, very prompt responses, extremely reasonable cost for UPS 2 Day Air, and shipped same day. They could have ignored me & shipped since Id already purchased but went out of their way to assist. Packaging was high quality.
