  I purchased these pants and while they did arrive quickly, they had obviously been hemmed by approximately 6 inches. I contacted the seller and said I didn’t want to deal with a return because I’m going to attempt to turn them into shorts, but still wanted to let them know. That was 5 days ago and I haven’t received any sort of reply, no apology, no offer of a partial refund, nothing. Product not as described, poor communication, no attempt to resolve issue.

  Everything was as advertised. Used product, but seemed like new. reasonable ship time, I think there was a USPS lag time, item was drop shipped same day as sale closed. even so only extra day or two
