There was no response or attempts to return our calls regarding this order. All of our seasonal listings are marked as "Seller does not accept returns" so we were going by policy. We explained the situation with deepest respect regarding the manufacturer's error and did offer a partial refund but the buyer became passive aggressive and snarky with our team. We would rather not have a repeat buyer who acts angrily
