  My mechanical pencil came in a sturdy box, wrapped in bubble wrap and a sheet of packaging foam, it was well protected. The pencil is new and was in it's original package. I would say it was a fair price for the market. It's not the seller's fault about shipping, I was charged an additional $24 by DHL before they would deliver it. It's a great pencil, I'm happy that I found it on Ebay and would buy from this seller again. It was quick and easy and it was packaged very well.
