  Seller handled everything correctly, however buyers be aware. Item was shipped to correct address, but UPS delivered it to a wrong address. UPS would not help me and stated only seller could fix the issue by pursuing claim. Seller has claims shut off for buyers. Not a problem except seller NEVER responded to me once to work through it. I have friend in UPS who went to other address and retrieved my item. Item is perfect hence Pos FB, but No seller NO help with delivery issue!

  I purchased a used sewing machine from the seller. Before making the purchase I asked if the machine was capable of sewing a good stitch. The seller replied that it was in good working condition. Shipping was done quickly, packaging was very good; however, the machine was not as described because while it appeared to operate properly before putting in a needle, it was actually out of timing and would not sew at all. I sent a message asking how this problem could be resolved. No response.
