Completely factory sealed and brand new. Seller had great communication and even offered the game at a lower price. Shipping was fast and reasonably low fee.   Item never arrived. Shipping was not provided either. Contacted merchant for a refund and have not received a response. Hopefully I can get my money back through eBay. Not sure if the seller forgot to send the item or what, but I wouldn’t buy from them again.
