They arrived in good condition being well packed by the manufacturer. These seem a good quality item very much in line with other tools already owned and produced by the same company. The appearance matched the listing details. I would use the seller again based on my experience and can happily recommend the seller to all potential buyers.

Pointless using the Royal Mail tracking service, as the package only shows once it has been delivered - an undelivered package seemingly doesn't exist. As the package was being delivered to work, I just had to keep checking in to see if my replacement package had arrived - which it did, 16 days after placing my order.
