First time it came broken after a 3 week wait and second time package was never mailed and I was on hold for 4 weeks and both times the order costed over 300. I ordered this one for third time a charm came in less than a week for 1/3 of price with proper packaging and very functional. Supper Thankfull and super happy with this transaction and product.

  The product's condition upon arrival was exceptional, and the shipping process was super fast. I'd definitely buy from this seller again in the future. Regrettably the part I ordered was the same as the one I had (condition wise) and they gladly sent me a return label. This store is completely awesome!!!

  I was reluctant to buy a part such as this that was used, but when I found out that it is backordered until May, I pulled the trigger. Seller shipped the harness very quickly - I got it in 2 or 3 days. It was shipped in a box a horse could stand on. After some procrastination and the start of the holiday season, I finally got around to installing it and it worked fine, thus the delay in posting feedback. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller the next time I need an appliance part.
