  Great Seller! Item was lost by UPS not the sellers fault at all. Seller is about 30 miles from and yet UPS "lost" the package. I understand that packages get lost. Seller was very helpful in communicating back and forth about the UPS claim process. I'm sorry for inconvenience that we had to go through. Seller issued me a refund since the package was lost/damaged during transit by UPS. From the tracking # the package was 7-8 miles away from me something happened to the package.
