  Very easy transaction. Seller responded quickly to inquiries, as the description was not clear that this was sold in lots of 5 pairs. Once everything was confirmed, offer/payment was sent and product mailed out the next day! Also, one shoe insert was stained so seller automatically included an extra one to compensate. Product was packaged well and arrived 4 days before projected delivery! Highly recommend this seller!

  The figure head is as described. A purchaser should not have to ask if tracking will be available. Thus leading to the next issue. Once asked about tracking then the label was printed. Days later is asked when the item will be sent. The reply," oh it went out yesterday" the local USPS time dated it the following morning. I don't know if the seller is bipolar but, it literally looks like it was smashed, stepped on and thrown against the wall before the package was mailed. Compromised package
